Why we need to maintain drilling mud centrifuge?
Correctly maintaining and inspecting centrifuge can ensure that centrifuge works in normal and prevent something wrong with machine so as to prolong machine’s service life.
1. Clean machine appearance regularly, preventing rusting on surface.
2. Adjust driving belt tightness in time, the old belt should not be mixed with new belt. All belts should be in accordance with length to prolong transmission belt and belt wheel service life.
3. After firstly operating drilling fluid centrifuge for 10 hours, we should tighten the belt one time, and later tighten belt once a month.
4. Inspect with each part clearance regularly, if it is abnormal we should adjust it immediately.
5. Inspect lubrication of bearing situation regularly.
6. Inspect lubrication of differential situation regularly.
7. Inspect and maintain electric system regularly.
8. Replace wearing parts regularly.
Drilling mud centrifuge must be maintained by professional training workers. After centrifuge running 4000 hours we need to do first class maintenance. After running 8000 hour to do second class maintenance.

d. Record the maintenance work on time.
2. Second class maintenance content
a. Including one class maintenance content.
b. Strip and clean differential.
c. Strip the host and clean bearings screw conveyor.
d. Replace the skeleton seal, o circle, wearing parts, etc.
e. Record maintenance work on time.
