Drilling mud decanter centrifuge is usually used in some harsh environment conditions, such as oilfield drilling, piling add HDD, etc. if occurring failure will influence work progress. Therefore, daily maintenance should be valued so that we can improve work efficiency and prolong service life. The operation in details is as below
1. We should cut off the power and release the centrifuge brake before running centrifuge, try turning the drum in hand to check whether it can rotate normally.
2. Turn on the power and by clockwise start-up.
3. Usually each device to the factory to be empty after running for 3 hours, no exceptions can work.
4. Check if other parts of equipment is untight and abnormal conditions.
5. Materials should be placed evenly as far as possible
6. It must be operated by a special person, capacity shall not exceed the amount of quantitative.
7. It is forbidden to operate the machine at over speed to avoid affect the service life of the machine.
8. When the machine is started, if there is abnormal situation we must stop to check situation, if necessary, do a complete repair.
9. Since centrifuge works at high speed, forbidding body to touch the drum to prevent accidents.
10. The cloth mesh should be based on size of solids of separation materials, or will affect separation effect.
11. The sealing ring is embedded in the groove drum to prevent material running into.
12. To ensure centrifuge can work normally, turning part should be refueled to maintain every 6 months. Meanwhile to check the bearing lubrication situation, whether there is wear phenomenon or not. Check whether parts of the brake device are worn out, the serious should be replaced immediately.
13. After using the machine, the machine should be cleaned and kept tidy.
