The main components of jet mixing pump
Jet mixing pump is composed of inlet reducer, nozzle, three links, horn outlet, butterfly valve, funnel etc. High speed liquid with kinetic energy from the inlet reducer connector flow into the nozzle, the liquid jet at breakneck speed to enter the three pass. At the same time, additives from the hopper enter into the three pass, additive and liquid through the flowing mixing and then from the horn outlet into the drilling fluid system.

The main feature of jet mixing pump is to mix additive (including barite, bentonite mud, salt, chemical additives etc. ) and drilling mud completely and evenly before additive flowing into drilling system. It improves drilling mud quality greatly and plays the role of additive fully, reducing usage amount of additive, saving the mud cost.
