Flare ignition device to Oil drilling contractor

Flare ignition device is a safety equipment. Usually used together with poor boy degasser. The gas input line is connected with mud gas separator vent line. Considering safety working condition we kindly suggest 50m-80m vent line. What about this flare ignitor?

The flare ignitor will be used at oilfield drilling site. Ahead of it there is a mud gas separator. The vent line longs 50m. The ignition lead gas is natural gas. This client ordered APFI20/3. Torch diameter is 200mm, burn height is 2.5m. Ignition voltage is 16Kv, voltage is 220v.

The difference with common flare ignition device is the material. Cater for client's low budget they prefer the cheap ignitor its burner is carbon steel instead of stainless steel one. We don't suggest the carbon steel burner. But consider client's budget we provide such ignitor. If you also have other special requirements please let us know

During transportation and lifting please pay attention on insulation of guide line to avoid any damage. When install the ignitor please in a safe place to avoid fire happening. Keep the flare ignitor steady with a rope if necessary. To keep the flare ignition device in a dry and clean area to protect components out of water and dust. Operate it with mud gas separator together. Connect them with vent line.
