Oil sludge treatment equipment for this client including double deck shaker, mud agitator, pumps, screw conveyor and so on
Considering better performance and efficiency we proposed a double deck shaker as the first filtration device. The main features are as following:

2. Durable stainless steel wedge wire mesh screen
3. Driven by Martin vibrator motor
4. Designed with reliable base
5. Decrease whole dimension and weight for convenient handling and transportation
Details including vibrator motor with 2.5HP power, screen area is up to 5.45㎡ on double deck screen. The screens are made of high quality S.S304L with 1mm, 5mm, and other size apertures. Screens are steel framed one for longer working life, tensioned by wedge block for convenient replace or installation. Less maintenance and easy operation
Mud agitators for oil sludge process
Mud agitators for this client are common worm and wheel geared one. They are horizontal type. This design was based on clients' budget and working condition. Mud agitator used in this sludge treatment project is APMA11 with 15HP power.
Presently user have not finished tank thus the shaft and impeller will be fabricated later agains their confirmation. But the quantity has been confirmed as 6 sets, they have 2 tanks in total. Considered the tank length we proposed these agitators.
Screw conveyor detail
The screw conveyor in this oil sludge treatment was 4m in total. Applied with 7.5kw motor. It was special design with rectangular top and curved base for better smooth conveyance of materials. Besides, the screw conveyor was designed with big top feeding hopper for convenient operation and observation
The screw conveyor was made of high quality carbon steel Q345. It is more durable and abrasive than common Q235 ones. The reinforced base definitely will increase gravity and durability long time
