Vacuum degasser is a special new type equipment used to treat invaded gas, it can rapidly remove gases from drilling fluids. Vacuum degasser plays an important role for recovery of mud weight and remaining stable for mud performance.
Failure recovery
1. The speed of vacuum degasser motor decreasing: this is caused by belt loose, we need to adjust the motor into the screw.
2. Vacuum content decreasing: since vacuum tank is not sealed completely, we need to tighten vacuum tank screw.
3. Vacuum content is too high lead to drilling mud out of from exhaust pipe
Installation request
1. There is not a strict request for space, as long as keep stable and reliable.
2. When installing vacuum degasser, lift the whole equipment, connect inlet pipeline flange with bottom flange of vacuum tank.
3. Before starting the vacuum degassing device, the liquid discharge pipe and the end of the suction pipe should be dipped into the mud at the same time, otherwise it will not be able to work.
4. Before starting vacuum degasser, connect inlet pipe of vacuum pump with water supply, stop 3-5min to be filled with water in the vacuum pump, and then start. At the same time, open the plug of separator. Fill the water to gas water separator, until the water overflow from the overflow port and stop screw plug.
5. When starting vacuum degasser, it should first make clear the direction of rotation of the motor, the vacuum pump and the main motor belt cover are marked with the rotation arrow mark should be consistent with its direction.
6. Adjustment bolts on the vacuum control valve, adjust to be ok in the factory test. Please do not twist. It is necessary to adjust, such as the vacuum content is too low, the bolt is rotated in the reverse direction.
