Operating skills of shale shaker
1. Check if need to remove auxiliary safety splint before the starting.
2. Check whether all the locking part is firm.
a. Check whether the screen surface is pressed tightly.
b. Check the rubber cushion and the screen and the frame connection.
c. Check if the connection between the vibrating motor and shaker body is good.
3. Check vibrating motor
a. Check power voltage
b. Check the interlock control device of vibration motor
c. Remove end cover of motor, check whether the relative phase angle of the sector block is consistent, tighten the fastening screws of the sector block.
d. Two motors installation angle should be consistent.
4. Feeding device
a. Tighten flashboard
b. Check if connection pipeline between inlet and outlet is sealed. And also can’t be tighter, or it could be easy to break when the shaker body movement.
5. No-load test
a. When testing, shaker body and frame, etc. shall not have a collision or abnormal sound.
b. Check amplitude, when shaker body does reciprocating linear movement, it mustn’t be twisted, and so on.
c. After running 10-15 minutes, use spanner to tighten screw bolt of drive mechanism.
Repairing and maintenance
1. Although shale shaker don’t need lubricating oil, we still need to do an overhaul every year.
2. Screen frame should be removed, and regularly check if the screen surface is damaged or uneven.
3. Regularly check the sealing strip, goods with wears or the defective should be replaced in time.
4. Check the screen frame pressing device every day, if there is a loose should be pressed.
5. Check if the connection of the feeding box is loose, if the gap is large to occur a collision, it will cause the device broken.
