How to solve failure of jet mixing pump?

Notice for jet mixing pump operation
1. The distance between the nozzle and the end of venture-tube should be adjusted to 32-80mm
2. The feed line installation should be smooth and unobstructed to avoid causing the vortex
3. When mixing materials, we should prevent the cutting knife on the table to scratch the operator


Common failures of jet mixing pump
1. The front of the mixing hopper nozzle blocked
2. Hybrid pump power is not big enough
3. Feed materials too much
4. Nozzles worn
5. Drain pipe line is not smooth, drain pipe blocked.
6. Drain pipe valve is not open

The methods for failure solving
1. Check the line to eliminate the pipe blockage
2. Replace hybrid pump matching with power
3. Adjust feeding speed
4. Replace nozzles
5. Open all of drain valves to check if the drain line is blocked
6. Open drain valve, keep one way at least
