Decanter centrifuge delivery for oilfield user
Decanter centrifuge to be delivered is the middle speed APLW450X1000N. Besides centrifuge, there is feeding pump-submersible slurry pump for it.
APLW450 series centrifuge speed is up to 2200rpm. Main motor power is 37kW and back drive is 7.5kW. The drum size is 450mmx1000mm. Separation factor is 1215G and separation point is 5-7microns. Usually such centrifuges are 30kW+7.5kW and apply 5.5kW feeding pump. This client requested a special specification as 37kW main motor power. Based on actual working condition, this requirement is reasonable, and centrifuge performance will be better within the permitted precondition. The only shortcoming is power energy consumption higher than standard equipment.
The decanter centrifuge rotary components are made of high quality S.S 304 and coated with the tungsten carbide for a more durable and abrasion-resistant during operation. We know the solids separated by centrifuge including barite, and clay or some particles sharp and hard. Tungsten carbide helps to protest stainless steel liquid parts. Including the screw and the discharge port.
