We should pay special attention to shale shaker maintenance at high temperature.

1. When shale shaker works outside, please pay attention to build a sun screen or canopy.
2. Shale shaker exposure in a sun for long time will not only make the machine easily old, aging, but also can make vibration screening machine temperature is too high to work normally, finally affecting on the screening effect and quality, seriously may cause shale shaker components such as vibration motor damage.
3. When shale shaker works inside or at mine kiln, please pay attention to adjusting indoor temperature, as well as ventilation and permeability. Usually keep at no more than 40℃to create a good work condition for shale shaker.
