Solids control equipment selection
Drilling fluids solids control including mud tank, drilling fluids shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, desilter, middle speed drilling fluids centrifuge, high speed drilling fluids centrifuge, sand pump, mud agitator, etc. and other servicing equipment.
Different drill will choose different solids control equipment, usually for over 500m drill, drilling fluids shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desnader, desilter, middle speed drilling fluids centrifuge, high speed drilling fluids centrifuge will need to be equipped completely.
For 3000m and 4000m drill, it is ok to not use high speed drilling fluids centrifuge.
For 3000m drill or workover rig, we can equipped drilling fluids shale shaker, desander and middle speed centrifuge.
The auxiliary equipment in the solid control system is essential. At the left end of solids control system to arrange drilling fluids dispensing, weighting function flow. Below 4000 meters rig we can arrange dispensing and weighting together. For over 4000 meters rig, since lots of mud tanks here, we can arrange dispensing and weighting separately.
For the water flow of mud pump, considering rig has different requests for drilling fluids, or the nature of drilling, drill type, process measures, mud system and other different types of solid control equipment selection and use of different, the upper water pipe line of the mud pump is extended to the sand removing bin. The following mud bin is arranged with the upper water pipe line of the mud pump.
