The structure of drilling mud shear pump

2018-08-01 15:35:17
Shear pump is used to effectively mix and hydrate material added into drilling fluid. With large capacity, high lift, and long reliable service life, the shear pump can speed up dilution and hydration of polymers to have property mud.

Structure of shear pump
The shear pump is composed by impeller, volute, support, packing case, transmission shaft, pulley, combination belt and electric generator. The impeller of the shear pump is different with the water pump, the structure is more complex. It is the core part of the shear pump, with high efficiency.
The impeller is made up by 5 parts: axial compressor turbine, stock solution tank, pump impeller, pressure cabin and shear plate. The axial compressor turbine, pump impeller and stock solution tank were casted critically as an ensemble by stainless steel, the structure is very compact.

Shear pump is a special purpose equipment of solids control system which can meet all customers' requirements of preparing dilling fluid for the well drilling. This shear pump manufactured by Aipu is used to treat the high property mud, make the mud to obtain good rheological properties and cut the drilling cost as much as possible. This ideal solids control equipment designed by Aipu's engineers has high performance and gained customer's high evaluation. Welcome to Aipu solids control.
