2018-08-09 20:56:28
Flare ignition device is a kind of equipment designed and used to burn out the dangerous gas or tail gas from collecting and distributing station of natural gas and from refinery, it is a security equipment for a drill site.

The structure of flare ignition device
Flare ignition device is mainly consisted of gas burner (torch) of DN200 (or DN150), electric flame igniter of type GDH-2, fire-leading implement (such as liquefied gas pot, and hose, etc.), separator of drilling liquid and gas (to be matched for drilling engineering), etc. The electric ignition device, with electric ignition circuit of high performance adopted, main components imported from abroad and other components and cable being domestic high quality products, is stable for performance and reliable for working.

Once we need a flare ignition device, we also will equip another device which is known as mud gas separator. The gas cut in drilling mud out from the drilling hole gets into the mud gas separator first, then the gas in the mud will be removed out and guide to the flare ignition device by a hose. The flare ignition device is always installed at least 50 meters far away from the drilling site.
