A summary of drilling mud centrifuge drum

Summary
It is a normal situation for drilling mud centrifuge heating in running, since machine running need to consume electrical energy. And when the electrical energy convert to mechanical energy for drilling fluid centrifuge rotor, it is necessary to cause energy loss. A portion of the energy is converted into heat to make the centrifuge parts heated. But if the centrifuge parts are too hot, we can see that there are too much electrical energy converted to heat losing.
Causes of centrifuge heating
1. Centrifuge over load operation makes the current become strong. When rated power is greater than the actual power, the excess will convert to heat distributing lead to centrifuge heating.
2. Centrifuge power is too high, but the actual power is stable, the excess will loss to convert into electrical energy.
3. The problem of setting up or starting device of centrifuge.
When starting centrifuge, energy consumption is low. If centrifuge set fast or have some problems on staring device will lead to centrifuge with strong power. Components of centrifuge superheating can greatly shorten the service life of the centrifuge, we should be in time to find out the reasons for the failure of the centrifuge and handling. Or contact the centrifuge manufacturers to carry out the technical support for the centrifuge fault processing.
