For gas removal, Aipu manufactures the APLCQ300 vertical degasser, also known as an atmospheric degasser or centrifugal degasser. The APZCQ series and APVD vacuum degassers offer additional options, with capacities ranging from 240 m³/h to 360 m³/h and vacuum degrees of -0.02 to -0.04 Mpa, achieving efficiency ratings of 95% or higher.

Aipu’s mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters for effective second and third-phase solids control. The Hunter series mud cleaners integrate desander cones and desilter cones with bottom shakers, delivering capacities from 120 m³/h to 360 m³/h. Desanders remove solids particles between 44 and 74 μm, while desilters target particles from 15 to 44 μm. All cones are manufactured from 100% polyurethane material with clamp-type connections for easy installation and maintenance.

For ultra-fine solids separation, Aipu offers horizontal spiral decanter centrifuges. The APLW series centrifuges separate solid particles from 2 to 7 microns, with models such as APLW355X1257-N, APLW355X1460-N, APLW450X1000-N, APLW450X1350-N, APLW530X1540-N, and APLW600X1019-N. These centrifuges feature drum diameters from 355 mm to 600 mm, speeds up to 3200 rpm, and separation factors reaching 2035G. In non-weighted mud systems, centrifuges separate solid phases larger than 2 microns, effectively solving the problem of ultra-fine harmful solids. In weighted drilling fluids, centrifuges control viscosity and separate ultra-fine particles and colloids. Aipu also manufactures three-phase decanter centrifuges for separating two liquids of different densities while simultaneously discharging solids.
