Centrifugal pumps including many different types. The horizontal type and vertical type. Usually, in oilfield or well drilling the water pump, sand pump, shearing pump, mixing pump, and the slurry pump are popular items

This client ordered horizontal shearing pump, and the horizontal slurry pump. As the material is oil sludge with strong gravity and viscosity prior to transit materials the oil sludge will be dilution with hot water. Then the fluids will be pumped to further unit fluently

Two centrifugal pumps, slurry pump is driven by explosion proof motor with 18.5KW and the shearing pump is 37KW. Please find more info. below

Detail specs of centrifugal pumps

The shearing pump is 37KW with capacity up to 160m³/h. The inlet is 6", output is 5", and 11" impeller. This oil sludge treatment project is in China all motors are 380V/50Hz. The slurry pump is 18.5KW with flow rate 110m³. The discharge port is 3" with lower head compared with common such pump.

Considering the medium and based on clients' working condition, they selected the shearing pump and slurry pump. Such pumps are more durable and reliable with abrasive materials. We know, the oil sludge will contain large particles and high gravity items
