Mud system and degassers to be delivered
Mud system for oil well drilling of CNPC is under final process. It is hopefully delivered in 3 days. The mud system including 2 mud tanks, shale shaker, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, mud agitator, centrifugal pumps, all necessary auxiliary equipment.
Complete solids control system will be used to 1000-2000m well drilling. Furthermore, client will use the mud system for their horizontal directional drilling. Totally 4 sets mud system ordered. After checking the first set system, they were very happy. Left 3 sets mud system will be finished and delivered in 20 day gradually
The mud gas separators and flare ignitor will be delivered to oilfield this afternoon as well. The degassers are vertical type with 1200mm diameter holding 320m³/h flow rate at least. To ensure safety working condition, there is 60m vent line connected between poor boy and ignition device.
