Mini shale shaker and poor boy degasser delivery

Mini shale shaker is repeat order from our regular customer. They ever purchased larger shaker for their oil sludge treatment along with screw conveyor, agitator, etc. Delivered one is smaller one. And another same shaker is still under manufacture for them

The shale shaker is linear motion with 2 panel S.S wedge wire screen panel. This type screen panel will be more durable and reliable for the oil sludge treatment. The screen panel is 700x850mm. We fix it by threading bolts on shaker deck
On shaker basket side, there is also the positioning plate. This will provide convenience on pressing screen panel by rigid block if we use other framed screen. Kindly find picture as reference

Besides mini shale shaker, we delivered another set poor boy degasser and ignition device. From January until now, we've delivered over 20 sets poor boy and flare ignitor. Some of them are repeat orders some are for new customers. All of devices were delivered with pressurized vessel certification.
