Custom built double decked shale shaker delivery
Double decked shale shaker is designed with two decks. This shaker is mounted different shaker screen. Upper deck is stainless steel screen panel, lower deck is the polyurethane screen. They are holding different mesh size or aperture.
From the whole shaker design, inspection detail, to test run and all details are conforming to customer's requirement.The shaker deck side was mounted with polyurethane wear plate. The feeder box inside is sticked with urethane plate as well. Such designs will provide more durability of whole vibrating screen machine
Plate or profile for complete shaker was cut by laser cutting machine provides more accuracy, and more exquisite appearance. The coatings will provide 15 years life, as it is JOTUN paint oil processed under international standard.Please find the pictures of the shaker for more reference
This shaker will be sent to Europe for further manufacture along with their TBM machine. No explosion proof requirement, however, we supplied EX control panel as standard configuration to give user more reliability during operation.
