Main structure of shaker body are welded with high quality plate, tubes. All plates are cut by laser cutting machine. You may find our shaker are beautiful. It is because of our workers' high technique, strict procedure, and the exquisite plate, tubes material.

For the surface painting. We use the heavy duty epoxy zinc rich primer, intermediate, the acrylic polyurethane coatings. Strict sand blasting procedure per code SA2.1. The coatings can last 5-10 years.Good coating process will help equipment prevent rust from weather, sunshine, working condition
