Solving methods for vacuum degasser failure

Vacuum degasser debugging
1. Failure: motor speed goes down.
Cause: belt loosen.
Solving method: adjust the motor and fasten screw.
2. Failure: the percentage of vacuum goes down.
Cause: vacuum tank seal is not good.
Solving method: fasten screw of vacuum tank.
3. Failure: the percentage of vacuum is too high, drilling mud flow into exhaust pipe. Cause: adjust valve to turn off.
Solving method: adjust screw of valve.

The maintenance of vacuum degasser
1. Clean upper cover of vacuum tank once a week to avoid sundries blocking gas path. Use water to clean gas collecting chamber and foam separator on head cover. When washing and cleaning the vacuum pipeline should be broken off and remove the plug and seat table, plug the high pressure water pipe 3~5 minutes for each time.
2. After use, the rotor and suction pipe of the vacuum tank should be flushed. Cut off the power supply and remove the blocking plate. Check if spare parts are damaged and remove the foreign body in the tank.
3. The above cleaning work should be carried out at end of the drill.
4. when working environment temperature is higher than 30℃, we should check the vacuum table at any time and replace water in gas water separator in time to keep water temperature is not more than 35℃.
5. After use in winter, we should release seeper in gas water separator and pump to prevent the cracking.
