Mud agitator with stainless steel shaft and impeller was just delivered. The end user is Halliburton. They placed this trial order as a test of future large quantity demand. Agitators are driven by 10hp motor and geared with helical bevel reducer. Horizontal design and CW explosion proof control panel
The shaft length is 2000mm, impellers are double layer and blades can be mounted by bolts and nut. It is very convenient to replace blades if any broken or damage. From the coupling to the shaft stabilizer, all material is high quality S.S316L.
Blades are processed by laser cutting machine, as well as the tubes of shaft. The welding is strictly inspected per executive code. Our client is very satisfied with the whole quality and appearance

Besides the agitators, client has purchased centrifugal pump. Totally 4 sets pump and 4 sets agitator. For pump, the motors are 30Kw and controlled by explosion proof panel with soft starter and IEC certified. For agitator, the control panel will be designed as one panel control 2 sets agitator also IEC certified
All items will be shipped by air. When user receive the items they will be placing new order on same items with large quantity.
