Drilling mud system for ZJ70 rig are under final fabrication

Drilling mud system for ZJ70 oil rig is under the final phase of fabrication. We've finished the inspection on leakage and welding. Now our colleagues are installing equipment on tank, as well as confirming the connections between pipe and equipment

This set of mud system is for a regular client in Russia. This is their 5th system bought from us. During past 90 days AIPU has finished over 40 tanks, 1 complete mud system, as well as hundreds of solids control equipment
For this solids control system, there are shale shaker, desander, desilter, centrifuge, pumps, agitators, and all complete line equipment for whole system. Our clients are very happy with our equipment quality and our service. Now, there is another system for ZJ50 oil rig under negotiation. For the technique, for the commercial parts.

Please find some picture for your reference. The shale shaker is triple tandem shaker, we provide the flow divider to connect shakers and overflow line from well bore. Clients selected separated hydrocyclone separators instead of mud clenaer. Such design will request less space in vertical direction
For the mud mixing pump, they prefer the dual tandem mixing hopper pump. There are two hoppers with two pumps on two skids. However, they can be connected together by pipelines. 

This system was designed by our engineer under clients' requirement. Such as the overflow line, the suction and discharge line connection, and so on

Trust our client will be very satisfied with this system as previous. The new order on ZJ50 rig mud system will be placed in the first quart of 2019
