3000panels of replacement HYP screens delivery
HYP screen replacement is the screen panels for Derrick HyperPool shaker. Each single set shaker will be fit with 4 panels screen. This shaker holding 8° deck angle at the most. It's the highest uphill angle shaker all over the world by now.
In May we got an order on over 3000 panels of HYP screen replacement. We've delivered a quarter of it as per users' request. Balance will be delivered in July and August according to their project schedule.
The screen mesh sizes ranged from API 60 to API 325. To cater for client's actual requirement we developed the flat panel replaces for existing HYP screen. Last lot screen have arrived at user's warehouse and will be fit on shaker soon. Upon the operation with good performance, we'll get another order on over 1000 panels such screen
