Mud system for ZJ50 drilling rig under final manufacture procedure
Mud system for ZJ50 oil rig including mud tanks, shale shakers, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge, pumps, agitators, and so on. All necessary parts for a complete solids control system process drilling fluids. The system is usually used to process drilling mud during the coal bed methane. However, sometimes, it is used to process drilling mud during other well drillings according to user.
There are totally 6 sets of mud tank, 3 sets of collection cases, 1 set of water tank package. The main equipment including 2 sets of Hunter-MG3 shale shaker, 1 set of vacuum degasser APZCQ240, each set of desander and desilter, 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge. Auxiliary equipment including mud agitators, mixing venturi hopper, shearing pump, centrifuge pump for separators and hoppers, slurry pump for centrifuge. The accessories including pipelines, return line, level indicator with alarm, handrails, walkway, electrical control system, and so on
Mud tanks sized about 33x9x8', the water tanks package holding total 120m³ capacity. Larger tank is 70m³ and internal tank is 50m³. Collection cases are for shale shakers, desander and desilter,, and the centrifuge separately.
Considering the convenient operation and easy maintenance, we supply a set of flush hoses for tank cleaning. There is convenience for this pipe connecting to water pipe.
