ZJ90 Oil rig solids control system is complete unit including mud tanks, oil tanks, water tanks, dog room, and so on. The equipment including complete line items, such as shale shaker, vacuum degasser, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge both middle speed and high speed one, as well as the centrifugal pumps, agitators, mixing pump, mud guns, mud tank valves, and so on
The mud tanks including shaker tank, active tank, reserve tank, trip tank, pill tank. Besides mud tanks, there are fuel tank, water tanks, and the dog room.

All the accessories including fences for drilling site, the handrails and walkways on mud tank, the stairs and the extra pipelines. Necessary components including all fittings, valves, the cables, etcetera.

Whole system delivery took 5 days. As we know there are over ten tanks and many equipment. Checking all items on quantity and the position to make sure our client can operate system easily and fast. Totally dispatched 19 trucks to load and deliver the solids control system for ZJ90 oil rig
Complete system will be operated in about 2 weeks as the test and commissioning at site. Then, considering the weather, the drilling will start again next Spring. By then we may have more reference pictures of whole system running.
