Diesel oil tanks delivered to oversea project

Diesel oil tanks for this client are rectangular ones. The project is oversea and it's a repeat order from our regular client. Besides the oil tanks, they ordered water tank, too. Please find below more information

Oil tanks delivered were painted in orange as normal fuel tanks. This lot of oil tank are completely with all necessary pump, pipe and fittings, instruments, as well as the electrical components.Control the velocity of the oil flow, indicate necessary information to user at site.
During the manufacture, our client came to inspect and supervise procedure and do some inspection at key point. Such as the NDT, the welding, the painting. Finally they came here for FAT and confirm the delivery approval for us. Before delivery, we have done the commissioning and testing on all components and necessary part. Such as the wiring effectiveness, the leakage and pressure test, etc.

Our client is very happy and satisfied with our product and services. They are gonna place another order on tanks and the solids control equipment. 

How long doest it take to finish this lot of tanks? Totally 30 days from design to delivery. It's really an impressive result. We sincerely appreciate efforts of all AIPU people.
More details of the fuel tanks including the painting. All tanks were sand-blasted and painted with over 300 microns film. As we know the oil tank will be under difficult working condition. It's outdoor and always in the sun/rain/snow. So, good surface process will help much on protecting whole tank including internal components.
