Oil drilling solids control system delivery
Solids control systems are for ZJ40 oil drilling rig. These systems are for our new client. Sincerely appreciate client's trust and support. Catering for end user's urgent demand, we arranged all procedures in a tight schedule. From the general produce plan to the detailed exact processing procedure.
According to end user's demand, we had to send one complete set of solids control system firstly. But from Dec.19, since there is COVID-19 spread in Xi'an and government ordered the "locked-down". This is beyond our plan or expectation. However, we still finished the 1st system in time as planned. Why?
We had prepared sufficient raw material and arranged all related procedures well. Including personnels, standard components, inspection and test and so on.
Each set of system is a complete unit. Including Shale shaker, vacuum degasser, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, and all auxiliary equipment. The mud agitators, the centrifugal pumps, all the mud tanks, MCC module, and necessary accessories.
According to client's requirements, before assembly and painting at final fabrication stage, the inspection team had been in our factory. Now, we are at the occasion between Spring Festival holidays and end of locked-down. Clients and users have known the special status and decided to deliver goods after Spring Festival.
