ZJ90 solid control system Xinjiang Field Feedback
Recently, the solid control system of ZJ90 drilling rig produced by Aipu was installed and commissioned at the user's site. In the process of installation and the user on the connection of some external equipment and details of the operation of the problem, such as effective communication and coordination, reached an agreement, has now completed acceptance.
The solid control system this time includes circulation tank, slurry storage tank, five-stage purification equipment, slurry mixing system, barite recovery system, and slurry circulation auxiliary equipments such as sitting post room, industrial water tank, cantilever crane and material table, etc. It is a complete set of slurry circulation system.
The rounded bottom design of this mud tank reduces the sedimentation of sand inside the tank, reduces the labour intensity of sand removal personnel at the well site, saves time, and invariably reduces the economic cost for the construction of the well site.
The liftable design of the anti-sand shed reduces the workload of frequent dismantling and installation for wellsite relocation.
