Submersible slurry pump is one of the key equipment in drilling mud solids control system.
Slurry pump is heavy-duty constructed centrifugal pumps which is able to deal tough and abrasive duties. The term slurry pumps is consider a generic term, to separate from other type centrifugal pump, this one is mainly used to transfer medium with larger solids particles.
Submersible slurry pump has a very simple structure design to ensure maximum performance, minimum energy consumption, long operating life and minimum maintenance. 1. Maximum medium temperature cannot exceed 40degree
2. Medium pH is within 5-9
3. Liquid density cannot exceed 1150kg/m3
4. Submersible depth cannot exceed 20m for operation
5. Entanglement and flotage are not allowed in the medium
6. The pump should be in underwater completely for operation. Operation in flammable and explosive or corrosive liquid is not allowed.
