Solid Control System With Heating System&Insulated Housing
In Siberia, there is 1/3 volume of gas around the globe, 1/8 volume of oil around the globe. The considerable natural resources are under ground in the extreme cold air. Many drilling company or oil exploration companies request mud system with heating system and the insulated housing. So design the system as a portable unit with compact size and sufficient operation space is a challenge. We need to consider the heating line, processing, fluids and solids flow. We also need to consider the install and uninstall for the whole system.
Now, in our yard, there is a system ready to deliver. The system including 3 sets of shale shaker, 1 set of vacuum degasser, 1 set of mud cleaner, 2 sets of decanter centrifuge. We also provide the mud skips, and vacuum transfer pump for this client. All the cuttings or solids disposal will be conveyed to the cuttings box for further transfer by vacuum transfer pump.
Each equipment has been loaded in a frame with special insulation material to keep warm during the equipment operation. So, each single equipment is a module to set on the tank. And the supporting legs are heavy duty to ensure a safety working condition. Every module can be lifted easily by crane or hoist as we design the mud tank and module frame with corner casting.
When the work is indoor operation, we need fresh air to flow into the room. So, the explosion proof blower is a necessary. This is not only for air exchange but also for warm air blow.Please check attached pictures as your reference. Presently, our clients have finished the FAT.
