Shaker and Auger Feeder

The shale shaker is always the important equipment in a solids control system. We can treat it as the key item for whole mud system. More and more clients prefer using high-quality shaker with excellent performance to hydrocyclone separators. As we know the hydrocyclone separators request centrifugal pumps driven by large power motor. So, good shakers lead to energy-saving, cost-saving and better performance.

Just last month, we’ve got initial order on shakers from our new client. They are Hunter-MG4, the very popular model made by Aipu. Besides shakers, they also purchased the auger feeders to be used in waste management.

Before placing order, customer has discussed many details with us over 2months. Not only with us, but also other suppliers. Finally, they selected us since our swift response, professional answers and strong support to them.

Thanks to our sufficient stock of raw materials and standard components, as well as Aipu people high efficiency of manufacture the shakers have been finished, while the auger feeders may be ready in 5 days. They’ve been inspected and tested, waiting for the painting and final inspection.
