750HP Work Over Rig Solids Control System Commissioning Finished

The solids control system for 750HP work over rig at oilfield has been set up and finished commissioning. We’ve got high appreciation from our client and end user. This system consists of Derrick shaker, mud cleaner, degasser, Aipu mud agitator, pump, hopper, tanks and complete assistant components.

There are 3 sets of shale shaker, 1 set of degasser and cleaner, 4 tanks with all necessary accessories. And there are 6 sets of agitator, 6 sets of centrifugal pump, one duty room. We’ve made the complete system efficiently at good condition, we also have given clients sufficient technical support for the whole system commissioning and training their people.



From the whole system design, layout, manufacture, installation, assemble, to the commissioning we always meet the high requirements of the details from client. From raw material to the painting, we treat every detail and procedure seriously for a perfect product.
