Common treating capacity of AIPU mud cooler are 120m³/H and 200m³/H. Our mud cooling system is proposed to used after the desilter unit of AIPU solids control system based on our experience and regular clients’ feedback.

A complete system including mud cooling unit, mud cooling tank, plate heat exchanger(PHE), electric control panel, and other necessary parts. Based on the different drilling mud capacity, the system incorporates one or two plate heat exchangers.
For for easy movable and transportation, the mud temperature control system is designed to 20GP or 40GP container dimension. Also, our system is easy to disassemble and install at the site.
