Cyclone desander summary

1. Desander installation:
a.Desander installation should be as near to wellhead as possible.
b. Connect flow line as straight as possible with 3FIG1502 main sand diameter of the union, with a hammer smashing tightly.

2. Desander slide valve operation
a. Open the filter cartridge
Pressure on the filter cylinder filled with venting system
Open inlet valve firstly
And then open outlet valve
b. To close filter cartridge
Close up outlet valve firstly
And then close up inlet valve
With the venting system vent filter cartridge

3. Desander wall inspection
Before operating desander, suggest that measure the wall thickness of the device and line at the key part of the process as a raw date.
During operating desander, measure wall thickness regularly, and then comparing with previous date to find the extent of erosion.

4. Venting system of desander inspection
Reduce some damage caused by valve operation
Safe pressure reduction
Gas well without noise
If the vent to the torch, non aerosol generating.
