How to install drilling mud desander correctly?

Cyclone desander is based on rotation screening principle that solids particles is screened in hydrocyclones, it generates cyclone and filtration as a whole to realize removal of sand, turbidity and solid liquid separation in the field of water treatment. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, we need to master some skills and methods in the installation of cyclone desander.

Some requirements on desander installation
1. Desander should be placed on a smooth base or directly install on ground.
2. Plane layout
3. According to actual processing accuracy, using in series.
4. According to actual processing of water, using in parallel
5. Install pipe and water flow direction.
6. Prohibit using equipment for a long time without water.

Some requirements on debugging desander
1. Desander manifold, whether liquid feeding pipe or overflow duct, both ends are connected by flange, both ends in or out of liquid. The overflow pipe joint can be extended to an arbitrary angle, so that the 8 "hose is placed in the other drilling fluid. The inlet pipe of the cyclone and the overflow pipe are installed in 90 degrees.
2. Use 6’’ tubes to connect drilling mud outlet of sand pump and drilling mud inlet of desander.
3. Firstly open fixing device of shaker box.
4. By adjusting the pump outlet pressure to adjust desander work state.
5. Equipment should be installed in the form of a bypass to meet the needs of the maintenance equipment and clean filter in the condition of no stopping.
6. When open sewage valve, the strength should be uniform to avoid man-made damage.
