Mud cleaner is a key member of solid control equipments of drilling fluid that efficiently removes silt sized particles between 20~74 micron cutting. Drilling mud cleaner is comprised of one shale shaker, one desander and on desilter. Mud cleaner can efficiently handle the shale shake underflow, which can lead to high drilling speed with low cost. Aipu mud cleaner for oil drilling solids control mainly consists of desanding cleaner and desilting cleaner and main components are shaker basket, vibration motor, screen tensioning system, angle adjustment system, lock device, feeder and electric system. The main body are made up of two parts of upper hydrocyclone and under shaker screen.
AWD system: screen basket adjusted within -1°～+5°at 0.5° increment, feeder box with inlet connection locates on back 10″, 1MPa flange. Desander cones are 10″ or 12″ hydraulic cones and manifold which are made of high-chromium iron while desiter cones are 4″ or 5″ hydraulic cones and manifold of polyurethane.
