Some tips for high speed decanter centrifuge

Drilling mud high speed centrifuge plays an important role in solids control system and drilling waste management. Today Aipu solids control will share some notes on GLW355-1257N operation.

Daily preparation and check before starting
A. Clean environment, the body of the centrifuge should not be suspended for any useless tools, parts or other debris.
B. Check whether triangle tape is appropriate or not.
C. Check whether the transmission cover and the drum cover is installed, close well. Whether the bearing seat, feed tube, screw control cabinet is loose or not.
D. Confirm there are water to be supplied to water pipeline.
E. Confirm the type of the feed pump, according to their open and close steps to operate, otherwise it will damage the equipment.
F. Confirm the feeding pipe assembly of the inlet valve and the water valve are closed.
G. Start the centrifuge, check whether there is abnormal vibration and sound.
H. Confirm the main valve is opened completely and the valve is closed.

Staring steps for drilling mud centrifuge
A. Turn on the front power supply
B. Starting auxiliary motor to rotate at normal speed.
C. After 20 seconds, the main motor is started to run normally.
D. After main motor running 10 minutes, start the feed pump motor to run normally.
E. Gradually open the feed valve to achieve the required amount of processing.
