1. Mixing mud hopper
Mixing mud hopper is mainly used for treating material in the mud, commonly for bentonite.
2. Sand pump
Sand pump is mainly used to supply power for jet mud mixer to make drilling mud move in equipment.
3. Control cabinet
Control cabinet is used to control jet mud mixer working mode, it also plays a role for protecting sand pump and equipment.
4. Manifold
Manifold is mainly used to connect sand pump and mud tank, the connection is by butt joint of flange plate to finish.

Feature and advantage of Aipu SLH series mud mixer
1. Single jet mixing device is composed of a sand pump and a jet mixing funnel by manifolds and valves connected and installed on a base. Double jet mixing device is composed of two sets sand pump and two sets jet mixing funnel.
2. The jet funnel and pump can be combined together and also be installed separately, they are connected by manifold and valves.
3. Though the jet mud mixer can effectively change drilling fluid density, viscosity and water loss, etc. At the same time, it can improve the dispersion effect of material, improve the mixing liquid pressure head, so that the material can make full circulation in the tank.
